You must create an account to use certain features of VIBE. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Event Creation and Tickets
Event creators are responsible for the accuracy of their event information and for fulfilling their obligations to attendees. VIBE charges a platform fee on ticket sales, which varies based on creator tier (8-20%).
5. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted before the event date. Refunds are subject to approval by the event creator and VIBE. Platform fees may be non-refundable.
6. User Conduct
Users must not engage in harassment, spam, fraud, or any illegal activities. VIBE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of content they create. By posting content, you grant VIBE a license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
VIBE is not responsible for the actions of event creators or attendees. We provide the platform "as is" and make no warranties about the quality of events.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of VIBE after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
